We protect your data

Data is backed up daily and stored in multiple locations.

Files that our customers upload are stored on servers that use modern techniques to remove bottlenecks and points of failure.

Best practices:

  • HTTPS encryption
  • Daily site scan for security (via trust-guard.com)
  • Regularly-updated infrastructure.
  • Our software infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches.
  • We have an open terms and conditions and privacy policy
  • Multi-zone design - servers that access your remote data are not the servers that are open to the Internet.

Motto:
"Only what we need to know"

We use OAuth with external service providers so that we do not have your usernames and passwords.

For external services, we only request read-only access to the data that we need and no more.

We protect your
billing information

All credit card transactions are processed using our PCI compliant payment processor - we do not have access to your credit card numbers.

We're Real

The inspiration for DigMyData came in early 2009 when entrepreneurs Mark Smith and Adam Wride wanted to collaborate on a startup. After careful consideration of their collective experience, the duo realized that with any new venture, the creation of a product represents just a small part of making a company successful. Managing the business holistically - including support, sales, marketing, and management - is the key to success.
