How does the trial work?
We are offering an unlimited extended trial through December 31, 2011. We plan to offer paid plans after that with a 30 day trial for $99 a month. No credit card will be needed until trial is over. You can cancel at any time - no obligation to continue.
What are the payment terms?
DigMyData is a month-to-month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again. We do not offer refunds for partial months
How safe is my data?
As safe as we can possibly make it. Your data is stored in Amazon's Web Services and backed up constantly, in two geographical locations. Your data is your data. Our databases are behind multiple firewalls and encrypted networks. Our internal network was designed from scratch with security and privacy as the number one priority.
