What are the payment terms?
DigMyData is a month-to-month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Note about downgrading
If you wish to downgrade your plan, you must first adjust your account to match the plan you wish to switch to (for example, reduce the number of configured feeds from 10 to 1).
What happens if I upgrade/downgrade in the middle of a billing cycle?
If you upgrade we will prorate your account with the cost of your current plan and only charge you for the difference. If you downgrade, we will credit your account.
What happens if I cancel?
If you choose to cancel? we will turn off the auto-renewal and delete your billing information. Your account and data will be maintained for 30 days during which you can reactivate your account. After 30 days your account and data will be deleted.
